About Bonnie Story

AWARD Winning choreographer Bonnie Story is one of the highest esteemed choreographers in the business.  Her credits come from Film, TV, Commercials, Music Videos and Live Stage Entertainment.  Bonnie has received an Emmy Award and a World Choreography Award for her commercial work.  Bonnie's choreography has been shown in Film Festivals around the world, including Tribeca Film Festival.

Films credits include: " Image of You" directed by Jeff Fisher, Stranger in My Home" directed by Jeff Fisher, Director/Actor Kevin Costner's new movie 'Horizon; An American Saga", Disney's "High School Musical", Disney’s High School Musical 2" and " High School Musical 3" , all directed by Kenny Ortega. Bonnie has choreographed several Hallmark movies, including "My Christmas Love" directed by Jeff Fisher, " Enchanted Christmas" directed by Terry Cunningham, and just recently "Love in the Limelight" directed by Ron Oliver.  Also, MTV's " American Mall" directed by Shawn Ku, " America's Greatest Past Time" directed by Desmond Nakano, "Saturday's Warrior" directed by Micheal Buster.

Commercial credits include: National Web Commercial, Wild Willies Mens soap "Don't Drop the Soap" ," "National Play Dough Commercial", " National Twisty Girl Commercial", "National Marriott Courtyard Commercial", Columbus Zoo Commercials featuring Jack Hanna " No More Number 2" and "Herbivores vs Carnivores". "MGM Grand" Commercial, "Miche Bags", "Creative Future" for Macmillan Publishing, and "REDKEN of New York".

TV credits include Choreographer on Fox’s “So You Can Think You Can Dance" for 4 seasons, Choreographer on the TV series "Show Off's", choreographed several skits on the series " Studio C" @BYU TV, Disney's channel "Suite Life of Zack and Cody", Disney segments with the "Muppets" staring Ashley Tisdale and Miley Cyrus.

In addition to her choreographic endeavors, Bonnie brings outstanding credentials and experience to the world of entertainment. She attended Julliard and the School of American Ballet and was a Ballet West and William F. Christensen scholarship recipient at the University of Utah. Bonnie danced in several Ballet Companies as a Principal Dancer, including Ballet West before moving to Los Angeles. As a veteran television and film performer, she has appeared in National commercials for MasterCard, Pepsi with Michael J. Fox and Shaquille O'Neal, Diet Pepsi with Ray Charles, and AT&T. Bonnie has also performed in many Films and Music videos such as Michael Jackson's Smooth Criminal and worked with the late music icon again on an MTV anniversary project.

Bonnie is a highly sought after guest teacher who teaches and choreographs for many institutions throughout the country.  Bonnie is on Faculty for "Hollywood Convention”, where she travels around the U.S. teaching masterclasses such as Commercial dance, Lyrical, Contemporary and other styles of dance.
